Do you give refunds? 
  • No, we issue store credit only. Please see Shipping & Return Policy tab at the bottom of the page. 

What if I receive a damaged item?

  • Please email us ASAP at and provide photos of any damage within 2 days of receiving your order. 

How do I apply a promo code or gift card at checkout?

  • At checkout, go to your order summary and enter your code in that box that says "gift card" or "discount code"

 What size should I order?

  • Check out the size chart tab located at the bottom of the page, but items can differ according to the brand. Most of the time, there will be sizing information on each item descriptions to help you decide on which size works best for you. 

Do we offer gift cards?

  • YES! E-giftcards will be emailed to the email address used with the order. Click the gift card tab on the home page or search gift card in the search bar and select your amount. 

Can I use more than one discount code?

  • No, we only allow one discount code per transaction. 

Do you offer local pickup?

  • If you are local to Southaven and do not want to pay for shipping, there is a local pick up option. Please select this option at check out. Once your order is ready for pick up you will receive an email. Come by anytime between 10 am and 6 pm. 

Can I sign up to get on your email list?

  • Absolutely!! Scroll to the bottom of the home page and enter your email address in the newsletter tab.
