Shipping & Return Policy
Our shipping rate is a flat rate of $7 and orders over $150 ship for free. Orders will be processed within 3-4 business days of receiving. Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days via USPS after being processed. Orders are shipped out of Southaven, Mississippi. Please do not email us about when your order will ship unless it has been over 4 business days as this only delays us processing orders. If you want your package expedited, you need to pay for the Priority shipping which will ship out the same day or next day after your order is placed.
There is a $15 Priority Mail shipping option at checkout. These orders will be processed faster (the next business day) and typically take 2-3 business days to ship via USPS.
Usually, regular shipping($7) = 5-7 days & Priority Shipping($15) = 3-4 days
Orders cannot be canceled or changed after being placed. If you order multiple times in one day please email us to combine your order and we can refund one of your shipping charges!
PLEASE double check your shipping address! Once we ship your order, you will be charged for us to ship it the second time if you entered the wrong address. If you do put the wrong address and it gets shipped back to us, we will email you upon receipt and you will purchase our $6 reshipment along with providing an updated address.
**WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES LOST IN TRANSIT. IF YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST IN TRANSIT YOU WILL NEED TO FILE A CLAIM WITH THE POST OFFICE.**

We hope that you love all your purchases from True Grace Co. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 business days of your receipt of the purchase. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Options are USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it. Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you.
Items purchased during a sale are FINAL SALE. Other items that are Final Sale include all accessories, leggings, bodysuits, graphic tee's, sweatshirts, swimwear and athletic wear. If you return a final sale item or if you send back a late return, there will be a 20% restocking fee applied to your store credit. Due to hygiene reasons, bodysuits, swimwear, leggings, etc, will Not be accepted and you will have to purchase a $7 reshipment for us to ship those items back to you.
Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted.
Please wrap your item neatly and in paper of some kind to protect the item.
Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at info@truegraceco.com and forward photos of any damage.
